What to Expect at the Library

Access thousands of popular fiction and non-fiction eBooks and eAudiobooks from the comfort of your own home with our cloudLibrary collection.  Once you have downloaded an eBook or eAudiobook, it will be available in your account for 28 days.  Start by downloading the cloudLibrary App from your app store and log-in with the library ID number on your icard.   

Lincoln Library eCard

As a resident of Springfield, you are able to get a public library card.  The Lincoln Library now offers an eCard that you can apply for online and they will then mail to you.  Apply for your eCard now.

An eCard from the Lincoln Library gives you access to the below and more:

  • Hoopla: watch movies; listen to music albums or eAudiobooks and read eBooks or comics with hoopla
  • Libby: check out eBooks and eAudiobooks to your phone or tablet
  • RB Digital: check out magazines to your phone or tablet

  • Kanopy: watch independent films, documentaries, the Criterion Collection, The Great Courses, and more
