Paul Finkelman is President William McKinley Distinguished Professor of Law and Public Policy and Senior Fellow in the Government Law Center at Albany Law School. Professor Finkelman has a BA from Syracuse University and master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Chicago. He was a fellow in Law and Humanities at Harvard Law School in 1982-83 and before assuming his post at Albany, was the Chapman Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Tulsa College of Law.
