| Specific: The Pullman Strike and the pecuiar legal quirk that 19th century labor unions were not allowed to incorporate. Since they could not incorporate they were susceptible to charges of conspiracy in restraint of trade under the Sherman Anti-Trust Act of 1890. | Specific: The right to privacy (which governs reproductive rights, such as abortion rights, is not explicitly unenumerated in the Constitution. However, I will argue that the Founder's nonetheless originally intended and fully expected it to be a fundamental Constitutional right based on theories of natural law and the text of the 9th Amendment. | Specific: Pharmaceutical companies have immunized themselves from legal liability for prescription drug opioid addiction by capuring the regulatory bodies (the FDA and US Patent Office) that are meant to govern the industry.
