Assignment: Please go to LexisNexis (or, if you prefer, Westlaw) and retrieve three (3) cases that relate to your chosen research topic. You should retrieve one case from a state court, one from a federal circuit court, and one from the Supreme Court. In addition to bringing the first page from each case to class, please prepare a bibliographical entry for each case that states the case’s name, date, court, and reporter citation. Please bring two copies of the short bibliography to class (one copy to hand in and the other to use as a reference during discussion). You will also hand in the first page from each case.
